Multi-Channel Vibration Monitor

The VMS4SE is an upgrade of model VMS4S; additional capabilities have been added by way of no of channels, multi-serial ports, Ethernet port, scanning speed and alphanumeric display. VMS4SE accepts input directly from ICP type Accelerometer, processes the signal and gives analog output in the form of standard current or voltage to suit different applications in Power, Cement and Metal industries; Optionally VMS4SE also accepts Universal Analog input to serve various application. Modular and Expandable
VMS4SE is modular in architecture and Expandable, I/O slots can accommodate a mix of Vibration Input, Analog Input, Open collector output or Relay output. All field inputs are wired by Pre-Fab cables direct into panel terminals.
Configuration
VMS4SE is used for plan wide predictive maintenance. It takes up online vibration and provides data though software. It is configured using the software which is very user friendly; the unit can also be edited by front keyboard and display. The unit has numeric and alphanumeric displays for value and tag display, Alarm/Trip and control status
are displayed by discrete LEDs on front fascia.
Communication
VMS4SE comes with one RS-485 port as a standard, a second RS-485 port & an Ethernet Port are options to enhance the communication capabilities of the unit and for direct interface with PLC, DCS or SCADA Buffer Output
VMS4SE comes with Field interface board with Buffered output on BNC connector for analysis purpose of raw signal of Vibration input. Alarm/ Trip
The 8 Relay outputs or 24 OC outputs can be freely mapped to any channel set points and configured as Alarm or Trip functionality with FailSafe or Normal Logic. Analog Output
An optional isolated 4-20mA analog output proportional to Vibration range is available to interface with PLC/DCS/RTU for centralized monitoring and protection. Max 8 output is possible.

ICP Low cost triaxial accelerometer Model 131

The hermetic sealed triaxial industrial piezoelectric accelerometer model 131 is design to monitor the vibration in harsh industrial environment. It uses the industry standard ®ICP 2-wire voltage transmission technique with a 2 mA minimum constant current supply. Signal ground is isolated from the mounting surface and outer case to prevent ground loops. Faraday shielding will limit sensitivity to ESD to a minimum. Annular shear mode design will prevent from thermal transient and from spurious signal from high transverse vibrations. Low noise electronic and a temperature compensated design will give you accurate result over the complete temperature range. Large choice of frequency range will help to fit almost every customer requirements. Low frequency accelerometers (A=9X, 0X) incorporate a low-pass filter within the conditioning electronics. This filter attenuate the sensor mechanical resonance and the associated distortion and overload.

4-20 mA Vibration Sensor Model 125 Top Connector

The hermetic sealed 4-20 mA loop powered industrial accelerometer model 125 is design to monitor the vibration in harsh industrial environment. It uses the industry standard 4-20mA Loop that interfaces directly with PLC, DCS and 4-20mA monitor. Large choice of output (velocity, acceleration, RMS, equivalent Peak) and frequency range will help to fit almost every customer requirements. Their compact size allows for installation in tight places. The dynamic signal output (acceleration or velocity) can allow spectral vibration measurements.

Switch - Indicator - Transmitter

VSW160 Electronic Vibration Switch provides essential protection for critical equipments like fans, pumps, motors, compressors, etc. It measures the vibration with inbuilt ICPaccelerometer when Switch is mounted on the machine and generates relay output for Alarm or shutdown when vibration levels exceed the preset threshold value.
VSW160 has rugged design suitable for harsh environments and hazardous areas of Zone 1 & 2, Gas Groups: IIA/ IIB & IIC.
VSW160 Electronic Vibration Switch is available in two options 1) with built in piezoelectric ICP 100mV/g Sensor or 2) With Remote piezoelectric ICP100mV/g Sensor.
VSW160 has bright 3½ digit display and touch Sense Keys for Set point display & manual reset. Optional isolated 4-20mA analog output proportional to Acceleration or Velocity range is available to interface with PLC/DCS/RTU for centralized monitoring and protection.
VSW160 has two independent set points adjustable throughout the range by means of internal multi-turn potentiometers, Relay outputs driven by the set point comparators can be used for Alarm and Trip purpose, the relays are DIP switch configurable for normal or Fail safe Logic, the relays are latching type and resettable by the manual reset key on front or by remote contact closure.
VSW160 is a much more accurate and reliable replacement for the Mechanical vibration switches.
