Connection head with integrated digital display module Model DIH10, standard version Model DIH10-Ex, intrinsically safe version

The model DIH10, DIH10-Ex integrated digital display module (digital indicator) is a universal, configurable, current loop display for fitting to electrical thermometers.
The robust, compact display is only applicable where a standard signal of 4 ... 20 mA is already available. When used with the housing versions, it can be an on-site display for the entire industrial sector.
Combined with the ability to rotate the connection head and the large 4-digit, 7-segment LED display is easily readable from any direction. In order to make the electrical connection, the current loop display is simple and easy to open. Buttons provide a user-friendly configuration of the display range. HART® field temperature transmitter Models TIF50, TIF52

The TIF series field temperature transmitters, consisting of a rugged field housing, model T32 temperature transmitter and a model DIH display, have been designed for general use in process engineering.
They offer high accuracy, galvanic isolation and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via HART® protocol, the TIFxx is configurable (interoperable) with a variety of open configuration tools.
In addition to the different sensor types, e.g. sensors in accordance with DIN EN 60751, JIS C1606, DIN 43760, IEC 60584 or DIN 43710, customer-specific sensor characteristics can also be defined, through the input of value pairs (user-defined linearisation).
Through the configuration of a sensor with redundancy (dual sensor), on a sensor failure it will automatically change over to the working sensor.
Furthermore there is the possibility to activate Sensor Drift Detection. With this, an error signal occurs when the magnitude of the temperature difference between Sensor 1 and Sensor 2 exceeds a user-selectable value.

Resistance thermometer Model TR30, compact design

The TR30 resistance thermometer consists of a sensor tube, which can be fixed into the process using a permanentlywelded threaded connection or a compression fitting. A version with no process connection is also available. The electrical connection is made via a DIN angular connector or an M12 x 1 circular connector.

The analogue temperature transmitters of the T91 model series are matched to the specific requirements of industry. Depending on the output signal, they are particularly suitable for direct connection to evaluation instruments with voltage or current inputs such as PLC's or AD conversion cards in PC's. The temperature transmitters convert the temperaturedependent change in resistance of resistance thermometers or the temperature-dependent voltage change in thermocouples into a 0 ... 10 V or 4 ... 20 mA output signal.
With these standardised signals, the measured temperature values can be transmitted simply and safely. A later fine adjustment of the zero point and the span can be made with potentiometers once fitted.
The T91.10 head-mounted transmitters can be located in any form B DIN connection head, while the T91.20 headmounted transmitters also use form J connection heads.

Electrical Temperature Measurement

The digital temperature transmitter T12 range is designed for universal industrial use. Comprehensive configuration possibilities like, for example, type of sensor, measuring range and error signalling, reliable accuracy, galvanic isolation and EMI protection characterise these transmitters. The compact head mounting case fits in almost any DIN connecting head with form B.
During configuration any one of 17 types of sensors can be selected.
Measured temperatures are from - 200 °C up to + 2300 °C. The following sensors can be connected:
- RTDs per DIN IEC 751, JIS C 1606, DIN 43 760 in 2- , 3- and 4-lead connection, the connection system used is configurable and ensures an optimal lead wire compensation - thermocouples per DIN IEC 584, DIN 43 710 and ASTM E988 Cold junction compensation (CJC) is built-in, the use of an external CJC is selectable via configuration.

These temperature transmitters are designed for universal use in the process industry. They offer high accuracy, galvanic isolation and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via HART® protocol, the T32 temperature transmitters are configurable (interoperable) with a variety of open configuration tools. Fieldbus temperature transmitter For FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus and PROFIBUS® PA Model T53.10, head-mounted version

The model T53.10 fieldbus temperature transmitter with FOUNDATION™ and PROFIBUS® PA fieldbus communication is suitable for temperature measurement with resistance thermometers and thermocouples. Furthermore resistance and mV measurements with or without customerspecific linearisation are possible. Differential, average or redundancy temperature measurements can be realised.

Analogue Temperature Transmitter

The transmitters in the T19 series are provided with configurable ranges. One of several available measuring ranges can be selected simply by setting solder bridges. Therefore, these transmitters are especially suitable for applications where frequently changing requirements have to be taken into account. These temperature transmitters serve to convert temperaturedependent changes in resistance in the case of resistance

Analogue temperature transmitter For Pt100 sensors, PC configurable, head mounting version Model T24.10

The model T24 temperature transmitter has been specifically designed for Pt100 with a 2- or 3-wire connection and 4 ... 20 mA analogue output (loop-powered 2-wire design). The T24 combines the known quick response of an analogue transmitter with the flexibility of configuration by means of PC. The quick stabilisation of the output current after excitation of the power supply enables the use of this transmitter in multiplex systems.
Setting of the measuring range, type of sensor and sensor burnout behaviour takes only a matter of seconds thanks to the easy-to-use configuration software. Time-consuming adjustment and sensor simulation are not required for this transmitter. The T24 can be remotely configured from the control room via the current loop.
Possible measuring errors which might, for example, result from poor thermometer position, can be compensated by means of the function “Adaption”

Digital temperature transmitter for thermocouples Model T16.H, head mounting version Model T16.R, rail mounting version

These temperature transmitters are designed for universal use in plant and machine building, and also in the process industry. They offer high accuracy and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via the WIKAsoft-TT configuration software and the model PU-548 programming unit, the model T16 temperature transmitters can be parameterised very easily, quickly and with a clear overview.
Besides the selection of the sensor type and the measuring range, the software enables the error signalling operation, damping, several measuring point descriptions and process adjustment to be stored. Furthermore, the WIKAsoft-TT software offers a line recording functionality where the temperature profile for the thermocouple connected to the T16 can be displayed.
The model T16 transmitter features diverse supervisory functionality, such as sensor-break detection and monitoring of the measuring range. Moreover, these transmitters have comprehensive cyclic self-monitoring functionality.
