Dual Channel Vibration Transmitter

VT7S12E is the most advanced & Compact Vibration Transmitter. It accepts input directly from ICP type Accelerometer, processes the signal and gives analog output in the form of standard current or voltage; the vibration measurement range is field configurable for acceleration, velocity or displacement. Optionally VT7S12E also accepts one RPM input. The output signal is usually interfaced with PLC or DCS for monitoring and protection.
VT7S12E Transmitter has two Relay outputs per channel for Alarm, Trip. Also has additional outputs like Buffered output on BNC connector for analysis purpose, and optional RS485 serial port for direct interface with PLC, DCS or SCADA
VT7S12E is aimed for balance of plant equipments like Pumps, Motors, Fans, Blowers, etc to provide monitoring and protection, the unit Employs True-RMS and calculated RMS-Peak measurement techniques, considered best for general machine condition monitoring. The unit can be field configured and operated by means of front keyboard and display, Relay set points and logic can be set for all application types including fail-safe operation, all configured data is stored in a non-volatile memory.

Isolated & Programmable Temperature Transmitters

TT7S series Transmitters are designed for Isolated and accurate temperature measurements and signal conditioning Applications. Model TT7S10 is 2-wire Loop powered; Model TT7S11 is 4-wire Auxiliary powered and Model TT7S10-H is Head mount version of TT7S10. All models are programmable for Thermocouples, Pt-100 RTD, mV and Resistance/Potentiometer. Output signal is standard 4-20mA in 2-wire and mA or Volts in 4-wire. Programming of the Transmitters is easy by means of user friendly mTRAN windows based configuration software. TT7S Series Transmitters are built using the latest Technology to deliver high performance in Accuracy, Resolution, Stability and Isolation. Zero/Span adjustments, sensor break detection/protection, Reverse output and Reverse Polarity protection are standard features across all models.
Software techniques like polynomial Linearization and digital filtering gives Linearized and stable output in harsh industrial conditions, High level of isolation between Input and output prevents ground loop errors and protects costly measurement and control systems under fault conditions.
mTRAN a windows based Software is used for configuring, calibration and monitoring the TT7S Transmitters.

2-wire Transmitter Pt-100 input

TT7S00-HR is low cost Analog Linearized non-isolated 2-wire Head mount Transmitter, solder pads selection and potentiometer adjustments makes the Transmitter suitable for multi-range applications; the electronics is rated to withstand high temperature, protected by potting and housed in a rugged enclosure for reliability. The Transmitter is sized for DIN B sensor heads with ergonomically placed terminals and potentiometers for ease of wiring and adjustments, the output is fully linear to temperature and load independent, with just 6.5V drop across the output, large loads can be connected in the loop.
For sensor break the unit can be configured for upscale or down scale output, sensor lead wires are compensated for up to 15 ohms per lead in 3W connection
TT7S00-HR is the most cost effective transmitter for Pt-100 input where Isolation between Input and Output is not required, the electronics is optimized to give the best performance at a very low cost, the PCBs are machine soldered for utmost reliability, every unit undergoes a stringent quality and calibration check and supplied with a test report each.
