Differential Pressure Transmitter Model DPT-10

With its 4 ... 20 mA, 4 ... 20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus™ output signals, combined with either intrinsically-safe or flameproof ignition protection (in accordance with ATEX), the DPT-10 is ideally suited to applications requiring these features. The electronics of all of these transmitters, even for the flameproof variant, are intrinsically safe. Thus it is possible to make adjustments on the instrument in EX areas while the instrument is live.
Versatile in application The DPT-10 is suitable for many industrial measuring requirements, such as flow measurement using differential pressure transducers, level measurement or filter and pump monitoring. With diaphragm seals fitted, the DPT-10 is also suitable for harsh process conditions. As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 ... 10 mbar up to 0 ... 40 bar and a static pressure limitation of up to 420 bar, the instrument can be used in almost any application. The internal digital signal processing, combined with proven sensors, guarantees high accuracy and the best long-term stability
There are seven different housing variants available, and thus, it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The housing itself can be rotated through 330°, and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel housing (316 L) is available to meet the high demands of the food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
Easy configuration and operation Service and configuration at the instrument is carried out using the optional display and operation module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operation menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has seven selectable languages as standard. Alternatively, the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware™ free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into a corresponding Distributed Control Systems.

Pressure Transmitter for highest pressure applications Model HP-1

New applications, for example internal hydro forming continue placing new and different demands on pressure measuring technology. The model HP-1 meets these demands, and is suitable for extremely high pressure applications up to 8,000 bar.
High stability
Due to its specially clamped sensor element, it offers a high stability to permanent load cycles even in highly dynamic processes. Furthermore, the well-proven WIKA technology guarantees high accuracy and longterm stability of the pressure transmitters.
Several possible pressure and electrical connections enable the user to find the optimal solution for his measuring task.
Design
All wetted parts materials are specially suited for extremely high pressure ranges. A patented mechanical sealing cone design eliminates welds in the pressure connection that are potential leak points. The rugged case is made of stainless steel and provides at least IP 65 ingress protection.
Safe
Safety is important when working with extremely high pressures. The HP-1 incorporates several safety features. Eliminating welds in the pressure connection greatly improves sensor durability. In the event of sensor failure, the special small diameter pressure port limits the flow of media into the transmitter case.
Fast
The HP-1 is characterised by a response time of 1 ms.

For highest pressures
The model HP-2 pressure sensor has been specifically developed for demanding high-pressure applications up to 15,000 bar. This makes it one of the few pressure measuring instruments in the world that can reliably measure pressures of this magnitude.
High accuracy
This pressure sensor features a very high long-term stability and offers extremely high accuracy for the highest pressures. Measuring ranges up to and including 0 ... 10,000 bar can, as an option, be supplied with an even higher accuracy of 0.25 %.
Long service life
Thanks to its excellent load cycle stability, the model HP-2 has a particularly long service life, even with dynamic pressure profiles.
A protection against cavitation and pressure spikes, specifically developed for highly dynamic pressure profiles, further extends the service life. For water as a medium, this protection is particularly recommended.

Process pressure transmitter Model IPT-10, standard version Model IPT-11, flush diaphragm
