5002U-P Digital Process Controller

Masibus 5002U-P is much more than a controller capable for complex and demanding process control applications. It has accessibility of both hardware and software features in compact size making it a highly configurable product, offering many features found in costly programmable controllers. 5002U-P accepts all analog process inputs like Thermocouple, RTD, Current and Voltage.
5002U-P offers field configurable Control outputs comprising of ONOFF or Proportional. It has total 4 Relay o/p providing a combination of alarm/control output based on application requirement. A comprehensive controlling can be implemented using four relays with any of required control algorithm like On-off or Proportional control.
Using RS485 interface desired parameters configuration and status can be communicated to SCADA/PLC/DCS applications. Using analog retransmission output important process values can be retransmitted as any standard current or voltage signal. It has Fail-safe Design protecting the process in case of system malfunctioning

5040 Single Loop Controller

Masibus 5040 is much more than a controller capable for complex and demanding process control applications. It has accessibility of both hardware and software features in compact size making it a highly configurable product, offering many features found in costly programmable controllers.
5040 accepts all analog process inputs like Thermocouple, RTD, Current and Voltage as well as 4 digital inputs, remote set point and feedback resistance input. A comprehensive controlling can be implemented using four relays, four digital outputs and two analog output with any of required control algorithm like auto-tune PID, Onoff or Motorized valve control.
5040 offers field configurable Control outputs comprising of Relay o/p, SSR o/p & Analog o/p. It has total 4 Relay o/p providing a combination of alarm control output based on application requirement.
5040 offers 4 nos of open collector digital o/p used for various Alarm diagnostic o/p such as PV Input open, RS input open and VPFB Input open

Masibus LC5296-AT / LC5248E-AT / LC5296L-AT / LC5248L-AT PID Controller series is designed to offer outstanding control performance in a compact package providing a comprehensive solution for a wide variety of applications: such as plastic manufacturing, packaging machinery and food processing applications requiring precise heat/cool control and processes protection alarming.
LC5296-AT / LC5248E-AT PID Controller offer a cost-effective alternative to implement loops in a PLC while at the same time improving loop performance. It accepts one universal process input suitable for Thermocouple, RTD or linear mA/Volt. All inputs and outputs can be read directly over the Modbus communication interface by the supervisory host system as well as process value can be retransmitted to remote PLC/DCS. This expands capabilities of available PLC/DCS and host supervisory system I/O, simplifies machine troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.
LC5296-AT / LC5248E-AT / LC5296L-AT / LC5248L-AT PID Controller With a fast responsive PID auto-tuning algorithm it is equipped with Heat/Cool relay or SSR output for control function. Auto-tuning adjusts the PID parameters for desired set-point according to the current process dynamics so it has no harmful effect on the current operation. It has flexibility to switch control to On-Off or Manual mode for non-critical applications.
LC5296-AT / LC5248E-AT PID Controller has two outputs available providing a combination of Relay (alarm output) and Relay or SSR (control output) based on application requirement. Process value can also be retransmitted to remote devices as standard current/voltage signals. Data acquisition can be done on SCADA/PLC applications through RS485 for further process automation.

Masibus LC5296-XP/ LC5296-AT-XP is specifically designed for accurate and reliable process controlling in explosive or hazardous environments. It has bright seven-segment 0.56” LED display for process value and 0.4” LED display for set value as well as status LEDs for set point indication.
It accepts universal Input and provides two relay outputs to perform various control and alarm functions. Intuitive configurations with four front touch sense keys ensure easy programming. Operation or connection failure can be detected with Open sensor detection feature.
Process status can also be retransmitted to remote devices as standard current/voltage signals. Data acquisition can be done on SCADA/PLC applications through RS485 for further process automation.
