Syphon for pressure measuring instruments Model 910.15

Syphons per DIN 16282 U-form, form B, and trumpet form, form D, have a welding connection for the pressure tapping on the process side and a threaded connection on the instrument side.
In the industrial standard versions, threaded connections are also available for the pressure tapping on the process side.
U-form syphons are intended for horizontal pressure tapping; trumpet-form syphons are intended for vertical pressure tapping.
Inside the syphon, condensate is collected, which prevents the ingress of hot media into the measuring instrument. We recommend filling the syphon with a cooling separating liquid before commissioning the pressure line.

Attachable indicator for transmitters Model A-AI-1, standard version Model A-IAI-1, Ex version

The model A-AI-1 and A-IAI-1 attachable indicators are the ideal solution for an on-site display with simultaneous signal transmission.
Due to its open programmability and easy installation, even for transmitters already in service, the attachable indicator can be easily and quickly added without difficulty. An additional power supply is not necessary.
An additional power supply is not necessary. The instrument is configured using three buttons which are located under the front cover. A logically structured menu guides the operator through all the necessary programming steps using simple characters on the LCD panel. It is possible to set the indication range and both offset and slope correction. In addition, if required, a filter can be activated and set in various stages. The filter suppresses short spikes and thus enables the easy readability of the display.
All programmed parameters are stored in an EEPROM and are preserved in the event of power outage.
The model A-IAI-1 attachable indicator has been developed specifically for use in hazardous areas. This attachable indicator can be combined with Ex transmitters and also with a repeater power supply (e. g. model IS Barrier) or an Ex galvanic isolator, thus enabling its use in zone 1 areas.
The attachable indicator has its own integrated self-diagnostics, which continuously monitors that the key components of the instrument are working properly. The integrated self-diagnostics, as well as the reporting of an over-range or under-range condition, ensure high operational safety.
With its robust and compact plastic case, the attachable indicator fulfills the ingress protection IP65 and is thus exceptionally suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Cooling element for pressure measuring instruments Model 910.32, for threaded attachment

Cooling elements are used when the medium temperature would exceed the permissible temperature limit of the pressure measuring instrument.
Through air circulation and heat radiation at the cooling element, the medium temperature is lowered sufficiently so that the temperature limits are not exceeded and any possible temperature error is reduced.
The cooling element can also be used for warming very cold media, provided that the ambient temperature is higher than that of the media.

Snubber for pressure measuring instruments Model 910.12, brass, steel or stainless steel

The snubber is adjustable (modification of the crosssectional flow) and can thus be adapted individually to the respective operating conditions. A readjustment during operation, if required, is possible at any time.
The pulsations and pressure surges in the medium, occurring e.g. in compressors, steam engines, hydraulic presses, tensile testing machines etc., are largely compensated by this snubber. This considerably increases the service life of the pressure measuring instrument and improves the reading accuracy
